A British Transport Police Incident Command Unit, featuring a C-COM mobile satellite broadband system supplied by Primetech, was used recently at the massive Unified Response exercise held at Dartford and various venues throughout London.

The exercise, organised and  coordinated by London Fire Brigade, was designed to simulate a rail crash at Waterloo Station, and involved 250 personnel from around 70 emergency services and other partner agencies, including local councils, utility companies and USAR and Disaster Victim Identification teams. To simulate incident realism the exercise featured several train carriages located inside a disused power station building at Dartford, Kent.
